ESL(English as Second Language) consists of competencies that a person must achieve in listening, speaking, reading and writing at a Beginner level, Intermediate Level & Advanced Level aligned to Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) standards.

ESL Beginner:
(English for Beginners Starts Here)
ESL Beginner Level aims to equip foreign learners of English as a Second Language Beginner (A1 and A2) Level so they can Understand Simple Expressions for daily discussion and very Basic Phrases aimed at the satisfaction of needs of daily simple discussions and use expressions related to areas of most immediate relevance.
This also aims to help you to Introduce Yourself and can Ask and Answer Questions about simple and basic personal details such as area of residence, location and things that the learner could do so that they can interact in simple and routine tasks provided the other person talks slowly and clearly and is prepared to help.
ESL Intermediate:
This level includes the competencies which the individuals must have so You Can Provide Clear And More Complex description and viewpoints on most general topics and engage in extended discourse on a wider range of topics.

ESL Advanced:
This Level includes the competencies which the individuals must have so You Can Communicate FLUENTLY, ACCURATELY and SPONTANEOUSLY with very minimal lapses and can utilize the language more effectively for both social and academic purposes.

Michigan English Assessments Inc. is a TESDA-registered training
provider in Bookkeeping NC III, and a TESDA-accredited assessment center in Bookkeeping NC III.
AC Andres Bookkeeping Services is engaged in bookkeeping services.
Why Incubation is Necessary
Bookkeeping NC III is a TESDA-regulated curriculum which requires deepened analysis in wide-ranging bookkeeping cases. Unfortunately, it appears that the curriculum stops at the learning level of “Application”. It fails to cross to the realm of “Analysis”.
Learners are left on their own to navigate into the variety of bookkeeping situations to harden their skill through years of exposure and experience. But COMPETENCE is needed NOW and not later.

The very first step is to take the iTEP (International Test of English Proficiency) All-Skills Test.
Why is this required? This test is not about passing or failing. Its purpose is to accurately measure your current English skills in reading, listening, writing, and speaking. The results help us place you in the correct ESL LEVEL where you will learn most effectively.

Question 1: How do I pay for the ESL Program?
Payment for the ESL Program can be made through GCASH.
To make a payment, please follow these steps:
1 - Open your GCASH app and log in to your account.
2 - Go to the "Send Money" section or Scan the QR code --------------------------⟶

4 - Input the amount you need to pay (Php 1,450.00 for Beginner Level).
5 - Add a note or reference (e.g., "ESL").
6 - Confirm and send the payment.

Question 2: What are the next steps after payment?
A: Once payment is confirmed, We will add you to our ESL Group Chat and from there we will announce the schedule of your class. Furthermore, you'll gain access to the LMS.

After mastering the basics of English grammar, you can progress to intermediate level that build upon your existing knowledge.
At the intermediate level, you can expect to learn more complex grammar rules, enhance your vocabulary, and develop your critical thinking skills through practical exercises and quizzes.
This will enable you to express yourself more confidently and accurately in English.
